Let's talk inspiration, look at YOU what a transformation. You are beautiful Kathy and have come a long way. How much have you lost? Put it in perspective of where each of us started, our body structure, our height. Honey I'd love to have your tallness, eyes, smile.....can I go on.

Dana, I have lost 182 lbs. But, you as well as I know. ... it is so hard to remebemer how far you have come. But, thanks to people like you that help me get thru every single day.. I am still trying.
