I just saw Kathy's before and after pics on the Train and thought what WE all need to do is remember where we came from and how far we've come. Not only does it help US to realize we've done a fabulous thing for ourselves but others that are beginning their journey can see that WLS works.

Before WLS at 267 pounds
Now, at goal of 135 Tawyna, I'm getting my hair cut short this afternoon, I really like your cut do you mind if I print a copy of your pic and bring it to my hairdresser. Is it easy, I want something that I can wash and basically almost run out the door, lol.
