I can't believe that 2 years ago I started this journey.  To all of you newbies out there the time flies!!!!  I am still at goal.  I never really thought that I would be where I am today.  I know how bad I wanted it but I guess in the back of my mind I had failed at so many things I just didn't want to get my hopes up too much.  They greatest thing for me is that I am no longer on any meds.  It's amazing how much better you feel when you aren't pumping yourself full of medications.

I am so blessed to have met so many of you along the way.  You have been such an inspiration to me.  I only hope that my story will inspire someone like you have all inspired me.  Thank you for helping me along the way.  I owe so much to this board.

God bless you all.  Now on to year 3!!!!

Congrats TEENA!!!
wow, It doesn't seem like it has been two years. You have done great.. I never did get to my own goal and as you know. Dr. B doesn't really give you a goal weight. Or at least he didn't me. I am guessing that if I worked just a tiny bit harder I could make my goal but sometimes it is just so easy to snack.. Doing better but girl   I am so proud of you.. Keep up the good work!

Cindy you have done great.  Dr. B just said that I should lose 100 pounds when I asked him.  It's funny when I hit the 100 pounds it pretty much has just stablized there.  I go up and down 5 pounds both ways.  But I am trying to learn to accept that.  Like you I like to snack.  My blood sugars go into the 30's and 40's so I have to snack on something every few hours.  I try my best to keep it light and healthy but some days it just isn't like that.LOL

Thank you for your words of encouragement.
