Antibiotics?

I have had some work done on my teeth today and I was wondering what liquid antibiotics people with the bypass take? I can't really take pills yet and I wasn't sure what type of antibiotic I could take.  Also I should mention that I am allergic to penecillian and sulfa drugs so it lowers my options.

Thanks!

I had some dental work done this past spring and they called the pharmacy and the one the pharmisist suggested for me was clarithromycin 250mg.  That is probably a generic name.  I can't take penicillin either.  They had put me on pills but I wasn't getting any better. (i had to have a root canal).  I reminded them that I had had the bypass and maybe I wasn't absorbing the antibiotics.  When I got on this I got much better so I guess it worked.

I hope this helps.  But your dentist can probably call you pharmacy and see what they can offer you in liquid form.
