GRATEFUL POST

Morning Everyone,

Grateful today for my life and health.    Grateful to God for the approval and success of my WLS and for the weight I lost and have maintained almost 4 yrs.    Grateful for my home, hubby and his job, my 3 son's, my furbabies, the cooler weather that we have had and the rain that God has so blessed us with this week.   Grateful for this post daily and for Obesity help and all it's wonderful messageboards and people here that offer help and encourangement to others on a daily basis.    Grateful for my faith in God and for my Support groups !!!   Grateful for every breath I take daily for life !!!

good evening...

i am grateful that even though today was my last day with insurance i was able to get my prescriptions covered and my b12 shots to last for 12 weeks....

i am grateful that jamie has been here with me all week....

i am grateful my chubs made it back home and hope i get to see her again soon....

i am grateful i am going to dfw for the dinner....
