July Journal Friday

Today we end our journey for July.  I've stayed within the same wt. range for the most part, so that's okay.

Tomorrow starts our August Adventure.  I'll be in Dallas w/ laptop...it's been having a few technical difficulties, so if I don't post, please feel free to crank it up tomorrow morning!

Today's plan:  probably not the best since I'll be traveling as will be the rest of the weekend, but I'll get in my liquids and protein and vits/supplements for sure!

lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
Ben wants to go to Twisted Root Burgers in Dallas when we get there
Dinner: maybe Mexican, not sure...we'll wing that one...anyone have Dallas Mexican suggestions...I vetoed Avila's because reviews weren't good.  I've been to Mi Cocina and it was good.

I had a pretty good day food-wise yesterday.  I stuck to the plan and the scale moved slightly.  I lost one pound this week.  It's not much but it's a start.  14 more pounds to go. 

Today's plan:

Started with Coffee
Breakfast - Toast with peanut butter
Snack - since it's 11 o'clock and I haven't eaten breakfast, no morning snack today
Lunch - Lean Cuisine about mid-afternoon
Dinner - Depends on where we go, but I will make good choices
Snack - Protein shake if I need a late night snack

Lots of liquids.

Last day of July, already.  Went by fast, but I'm glad it's over.  July was hell for me.  Lots of emotional stuff going on.  

Any....I spent some time on my meal plan and I'm really trying to stick to it.

B-fast: turkey, cheese & 2 egg whites
Lunch - turkey, cream cheese $ 2 egg whites
Snack: protein shake
Dinner: Grilled Chicken breast w/ hummus
