Need some help

Morning Ya'll.

I have a quick question and hoping I might get some advice from all of you.  The last couple of weeks, I have been suffering from muscle aches.  It started in my wrist and now both my shoulders are hurting, and my legs hurt as well.  I dont feel fluish or anything just really achey.  I am wondering if it could be a side effect of one of the meds I am taking. (Zoloft, Ultram, Lunesta, Bentil,)  Any thoughts or suggestins would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks you guys are the best.  Michelle

Michelle, it could be a host of vitamin and mineral issues including potassium, magnesium, calcium, vitamin D.  When my Vit D got low, I ached allot but I think it was more at the bone then muscle.....I could actually touch the pain in my shoulder area and my shins.

Not sure of the side affects thing, call your doctor
