I'm not sure where Karla is this morning, but I've quickly become addicted to this post, so I'm going to start it today since it's already 10:30 a.m.

I had a pretty good day food-wise yesterday.  I worked through my afternoon protein shake so I had it late in the evening as a snack/dessert.  This was a mistake because it had caffeine.  I was still awake at 2 a.m.  DH turned over in bed and asked if I was ever going to turn off the light.  I moved to the living room and finished reading my book.  Needless to say, I need lots of coffee today.

Today's plan ...

Start with coffee
Breakfast -- peanut butter, Greek yogurt and an apple
Snack -- coffee with protein
Lunch -- leftover Swiss Steak with brown rice
Afternoon snack -- Protein drink
Dinner -- Salad, pizza and beer with neighbors
Snack - if I need one - Blueberries and almonds

I have decided to start posting my daily plan on my refrigerator door.  That may help keep me from rummaging through the refrigerator at snack time.  It couldn't hurt.

Thanks for cranking this up.  My computer has problems again!  I had to steal Ben's laptop from him to even post this. 

Plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz. plus hopefully more...already have had 48 oz.
breakfast: I don't usually  eat but did for Ben's birthday: 3/4 biscuit, 1 piece of venison sausage and some gravy...too many carbs! 
at least 2 protein drinks...one down, one to go
leftover chicken piccata for lunch
ribs and potatoes for dinner...Ben's birthday choice

Oh well...I'm being honest...I know today's shot to heck already!

Hi Ladies,

Day 4 for me on the 5dpt.  I'm feeling good today.  I've stuck to my meal plan so far.  Yesterday was a rough day for me.  Worked LONG LONG LONG hours and had a handfull of nuts that were not on my meal plan, but other than that I did well.

As for this morning..... I'm 5 lbs under goal.  Can hardley believe it myself.  I have plans for my WLS group meeting this evening then to drop by the gym for, at least, 35 minutes or so.

Anyhow....hope you gals are all doing well.
