Got It Going
This morning I actually did it, I got myself up at 6am and got out and did my walking. While I was walking I was wondering why I ever stopped? I know what works for me and I stopped doing it, well no more. I wear a pedometer every day and shamefully I have fallen short for far to long. As of right now I"m at almost 5000 steps and I will make my goal of 10,000 for the day.
