We will muster at the trail head near Hoffbrau (same place as before)
OK, girls (and guys)....this has gone on long enough. We've enjoyed a nice break over an extended summer that started somewhere late last spring. Now It's time to hit our running/walking stride again. So I've thrown down the gauntlet so to speak. I'm out of town this Saturday or I would have scheduled it then. Don't let that keep YOU from starting now without me.
This invitation is open to everyone who wants to walk or run, no matter your current fitness level. We are all starting (re-starting) at various paces. We usually pair up with someone at about our same level and enjoy the conversation while we train.
For some of you, this is more of an order than an invitation. Your attendance is expected (you know who you are). This is only the first Saturday of EVERY Saturday.
Times and locations are subject to change weekly. In fact, on Rise and Shine weekends the time will definitely be earlier so that we can walk before the support group meeting.
Here are a couple of things for us to work towards:
Walk From Obesity
I'd really like to see a strong showing from the Princess Crew at this one. I'll be registering us as a team soon. So please be sure to let me know if you're interested.

Couch-to-5K Running Plan
Here's a program to get you started even if (especially if) you've never run before. It's the Couch-to-5k program. It's where I started almost 2 years ago. It was the first step (pun intended) of many towards finishing my first half-marathon this past March.
