Today's Update
First I want to thank you all for your support and kindness, I love this board. Tonight I've got a workshop/support group on Nutrition and I"m so exicited about this. It's always nice to get a refresher and learn something new.
I"m taking things one day at a time and that's what I have to do right now.

I work with an older fellow who has lost a lot of weight by seeing a nutritionist. He is basically eating the way we are supposed to eat - high protein, low carb, no refined carbs.
I took him one of my Kashi Granola Bars and was afraid it might have too many carbs, but they are all whole grain. He read the ingredients and said "6 grams of protein - COOL - just what I need".
I know it is easier said than done, but your group will help keep you focused and motivated.
