July Journey Tuesday

July is coming to a close.  Is your journey far off path or are you staying on track?

I am maintaining, but not going down the strict path I really would like to go.  One part of my mind needs to align with the other.

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
leftover chicken piccata for lunch
whatever the church is serving (probably hmbg. or hot dog) for dinner
high pro snack when I get home from VBS tonight

What's your plan for today?

If you're lurking, make plans to join us in August Adventure starting Saturday!

I had a pretty good day yesterday.  I stuck to my plan all day, but did have a couple of snacks late in the evening.  I've got to get that under control.  But at least yesterday was a start.

Today's plan:
Coffee
Breakfast - Omelet
Snack - String Cheese
Lunch - Lean Cuisine
Snack - Protein drink
Dinner - Fish tacos
Snack - Grilled peach

I went ahead and added an after dinner snack to my plan.  I think if I plan to eat something healthy, maybe I won't eat junk instead.

Woo Hoo for you Lisa.  I'm thinking I might do at least the first 2 days next week while DH is in Houston.  It's always easier to stick to when I don't have to worry about what to feed him.

Congrats.  Once you make it through Day 1, the rest is much easier.
