In Shock
Wow now to maintain. He said it was ok if I lost a couple of more but not more than 5 lbs. I am just in shock. It is hard to explain. I am happy but also want to cry.

You looked thin enough to me at Steph's BBQ !!! As for the maintance. Don't get too confidient that the weight won't EVER come back on. Weight daily now.....make sure you still do as you have done while loosing. Don't start adding back forbidden foods or comfort foods. Remember .....when you gain weight......It will slip up on you so be careful !!! Love ya girl and congratulations !!!! WOO HOOO !!!!

What do you eat to keep your calories
under 900 and still get 60gr of protein.
I was trying to calc.
shake -milk 130cal. 13 gr.protein
add protein 100cal 20gr protein
So you have 33protein and 230calories-then
what? I am asking because I think I am eating
too many calories and can't seem to get the last
-10 pounds off.

I eat as much protein that I can. But I have never been able to get all I need in. But I take my vitamins. I get i as much as I can and all my fluids in. I have a Starbucks SF skinny hazelnut latte with extra protein to start my day out. I have part of a shake for a snack. Then I have some sort of protein for lunch. I can only eat about 6 bites and I am stuffed. I eat fruit and veggies. I make sure that everything I eat has a little protein in it. I have talked to my Dr about this and he just says do what you can do and take your vitamins. My blood work has alwasy come back good. I just went over it from last week with him and all is good. I think my hardest thing is I still can't eat more than 4 oz at a time.

Do you drink de-caf.? I left coffee behind but I hear
lots say they add their protein-so that is a zero calorie
base to add your protein. You are about a month ahead of e.

Karen...that is great that you are done losing and reached goal. Congrats. I hope everything turns out fine with your ulcer and heart monitor. You'll do great maintaining. Be so glad you can't eat but 4 oz. I wish that was all I could eat!

I am sure all will be fine. I am not going to worry about it. I have come to learn life is to short to worry about things that God will take care of. Well as for the 4 oz. sometimes I want one more bite but I know if I do I will feel sick. Sometimes I do it anyway. But then there are some days I can eat a little more. I have also learned it I take a few bites and wait a little while I can take another bite. I hope I never go back to my old ways. If it were not for this group I don't know what I would have done.
