and why is it a terrific Tuesday you ask? because we all are going to have great days - I say so - stomping of food and stubborn little girl voice inserted here -

so what are you doing to make today terrific?

the boys bathroom floor is getting replaced today so I will be home all day - hope to get more stuff done around here - might end up just playing with kids and on the computer though - whatever I am not stressing over it right now

need to go with Tim tonight and get munchies to pack in his bag to take with him - b/c I love getting to spoil him :)

got the teen registared for high school yesterday - very differnt schools here - if you are in a progressive tx district thank the good Lord today (or whoever you chose but BE THANKFUL) - ok we are going to see how this year goes and then serously look at investing in private school next year. I know I am spoiled but I still want my kids to have a great education - less worried about K since his school is on base and DOD so they have to meet DOD standards along with state standards - not sure what the deal is on some of that - elemtry kids get several years of spanish but they only offer spanish one and two on the highschool level

spray painted some acessorys for the teens room last ngith - hanging shelf and mirror

Well, good morning everyone!  I'm off work and on to the VA today.  I think I'll take my knitting.  I'm working on socks and I've made several so it should be ok if I'm inturupted.  Please keep me in your thoughts that they accept me for evaluation for disabilities.  I'm going to get my knees checked, and my hearing and ask to be seen by a mental health specialist.  Had lots of issues when I was in the military and I'm convinced they've spilled over.  I'm also going to talk to them about my back issues and any connection to my military time.  Anyway, just keep me in your thoughts today!  I can always use them!!

So, we'd better have a gread day or else?? lol. GOOD MORNING!! Today I will take the stairs instead of the elevator and drink more water. I've been a big time slacker lately.
Arm is still bothering me but better than the weekend. I made lasagna for the neighbors -the mom just had her 5th baby last week- all boys, all under 10 years old. The 3 oldest come play with Chris.
Bryan gave me an old Pantech duo and I got a data plan, SOOOO, I'll be trying that today. We'll see if I like it or just prefer a regular old phone! Who knows. lol.
Gina-hope the job went well last night. Charlene-are you still liking your job? Steph-the pictures from the girls day out are great, thanks for posting. I so want to go somewhere and lay out in the sun- I've barely gotten to wear my suit this summer. Glad you guys had fun.
Danni-how goes the new house? Did you get your phone and internet?

Good Morning Danni and the rest of my TMB Family,

Can anyone tell me why I insist of getting up at 5:30 every morning when I dont have to?  Ugg..Oh well.  Yesterday Mark and I went to the Base Clinic and got the rest of our paperwork done for our move.  Now it will take about 2 weeks for it to go to Dover be approved and sent back.  Then if all goes well we will have orders in hand by the end of August.  Last night I was with Rebecca till around 7:00 or so when her husband got there.  Poor thing is feeling pretty miserable.  Please continue to keep her in prayer.  I will go over after her scope today.  They are doing that at 9:00. (unless of course I have her kids then I will be here)  Me and a friend from church are cooking a meal for a woman from our church tonight.  Just going to put some ribs in the oven and make a Veggi.  Then we will deliver that tonight.  So this afternoon will be busy.  I really need to star****ching what I am eating.  I am snacking way to much, and Chex Mix and SF Snickerdoodels have become my best friends.  Ok time to get a move on.  Prayers for those in need, especially Meggie, and Rebecca.  Gina, hope the job went well last night.  Cant believe you were even worried about it.  You are such a great nurse and they are lucky to have you!  Danni, glad you got D registered for school yesterday.  You reminded me I need to call Erics new school and find out what they require.  Have a blessed day.  Love you guys.  Michelle

Wow sounds like you are keeping busy girlfriend!! David and I will be going to Camp Mabry in a bit so he can get his haircut and some things at the PX.  When we get home, I am going to clean the china cabinet and dust, well better yet, let me just say I have maid duties today!!!

morning everyone,

gonna get a post up and then read at work.  Hate that I can't reply anymore but that's how it goes.

Got to make a call to the doctor, now that she has canceled our  appointments so we can at least get some new prescriptions for my b12 and our meds to hold us over until we find a doctor.Trying to keep myself busy with other things aside from work but it seems to follow me home. I guess that's a diversion from doing too much deep thinking.  Feeling down a bit again, but i will pull through.  I know i'm not alone, but the feeling that I am is pretty overwhelming sometimes. Not going to get into it (again).  I am blessed to have you guys and a sounding board.

Sending prayers up for those that really need it, including Paige, and Loni, and Meggie and Cheryl in her upcoming surgery.  Also to all those seeking work including Nina and Cruisin Julie.

Good morning everyone,

Happy Tuesday.  I have one more wee****il my dad comes home.  I miss him but I know he's having a good time.  I'm busy with plans so it's keeping me occupied and I have enough animals to keep me from getting lonely.  Danni, I think the issue is that Mollie is so protective of Clifford that H doesn't have a chance.  They are making lots of progress though.  It gets better every day.

Morning everyone

Danni I can just see you doing that. Well its the second or is it third night that I haven't slept very well, there is too much on my mind. My sister called me last night on an update on my mom, she took her in to her Dr as she still isn't feeling any better after 3 weeks. Her bone scan results were back, cancer did not spread so the lungectomy was successful, but it did show that when she fell she broke 2 ribs and fractured/compressed a couple of vertebra. The pain meds she was on weren't working (go figure with whats going on inside her). She also admitted that she has fallen another 4 times since then and didn't tell anyone. The cat scan came back inconclusive. Last night after they admitted her they gave her morphine and were taking her down for an MRI. Her Dr is running a lot of test trying to figure out whats causing her to be dizzy and fall so much. My sister and I believe that one of the contributing factor could be her lack of eating, drinking no water but coffee all day long and then there is the lack of sleeping. Its a good thing my sister has  a medical power of attorney over my mom so we will be informed on whats going on with her. Hope to hear some more news today.

I am going to try and stay on track with my eating and head to the gym after work, its my 4 miles run/walk night. I felt pretty good with myself last night I did 3 miles in 31 minutes on the elliptical. Wish I could run that fast on the treadmill.
