Monday Monday WLS EXPRESS

GOOD MORNING!!! Did everyone get rain? It was so humid when I let Snickers out this morning. So, what's going on today??? ALL ABOARD!

Its Monday again! Looks like its going to rain some today.
My arm is still really hurting. Trying to figure out what to do. I had a massage Friday evening. Sat when I got up my arm hurt from my neck down to my wrist. Its not really any better still. I've done a heat pack, taken Excedrin, and tried to rest it but even just sitting and resting it, it just throbs and aches. I know I should call Massage Envy to let them know, because they should know, but I hate to get to guy in trouble. Then again, I won't be asking for him ever again either!
Anyone have any suggestions on ways to make it feel better? It feels like he hit a nerve wrong or something.

Since every time I roll over the pain in my arm wakes me, I didn't sleep well Sat night and I didn't do much yesterday except nap and run errands-which I was tired doing. I just couldn't get motivated. I did get my laundry done, Bryan did the rest.

well, I'm running late because again, I slept in a bit due to being so tired from not sleeping well again. Hope everyone has a great day!!!

Alissa, wish I had some ideas about your arm.  Sorry you're in pain!  Take care of it tho.

Well, another work week on the horizon.  Nothing is set in stone around here.  I think I'm going to take tomorrow off and go down to the VA.  One of the people called me to tell me that I make too much money to be seen there.  I informed her that I wasn't trying to get medical help but get evaluated for disability.  Oh, that's different.  I have to come down and see the Benefits person.  Can't make an appointment, just have to be there between 8 am and 2 pm.  So that means I'll probably be sitting around most of the day.  I figure Tuesday is a good day to do it because it's a slow day at work.  Maybe they'll be able to see me pretty early and I can get out of there.  I'll keep you informed!

Good luck at the VA. Just bring a good book and maybe it won't be too long of a wait. Hope they give you some answers that you need.

I sounds like you have a nerve pinched.  I would go see your chiro on that one.  My massage therapist at my chiro can work wonders for me when that happens and that's why I only go to him now and not the other massage people.

I don't have a chiro-wonder if I can see one without committing a lifetime of going-that's what I don't like about chiro's. My insurance only pays 20 visits a year-well you can use that up in a few weeks because they make you come so much. Will have to check on it though if this doesn't get better.

Good morning.  Not only did we get rain, we lost electric.  Since 8PM.  I haven't been home yet, but Mary says the house is a little warm.
