I think he's using an online software to translate.....um, it isn't working well.

After I said, "what the hell?" he sent me a friend request. 

Man oh man, the dude is asking everyone to be his friend.  Folks have been hit on the Ontario board too.  I am so left out that I had to come all the way to the Texas board and wave my bunny butt at him.
