BLESSED SUNDAY WLS EXPRESS
Good Morning My TMB Family,
I waited as long as I could for someone else to start the train. I dont do a very good job driving, but hang on cause we are on our way! First stop Dalls. I thought today being Sunday it would be a good day to let others know how WLS has blessed us. The biggest blessing I have been given, is my Health, and then of course all of you! I would not be doing half of what I do today if I had not had my surgery and if I did not have all of you to support me every step of the way! Thank you guys. Had such a nice day yesterday. We picked Eric up and then went to Buffalow Wild Wings. Not reall happy with the food, but it is where Mark wanted to go and he ALWAYS goes where I want to go...from there we went and saw G-Force in 3D. Eric loved it, I thought it was cute and well poor Mark he slept through it all. Then a huge deposit and Walmart. Hate it when I go there and I am really just waiting on Scripts to be filled. We end up wondering around and putting stuff in the basket. THen I went to get my scripts, one I could not fill till the middle of next week, the other (Prevacid) they need a note from the doctor saying this is the only medication I can take. Guess because it is so expensive. Will call the doctor next week. Anyway today is Sunday School and Church, then to my favorite Mexican place for food (Carlitos) then home and tonight is Big Brother, Life is good. Hope our Birthday girls had super days.Pryaers for all those in need this morning. Have a blessed day. Love you guys. Michelle
I had a great day off yesterday (first one in a month for me). I spent the afternoon with my daughter, we went and got our nails done and had lunch. The rest of the day I just relaxed and snoozed. I splurged and made desert for dinner (for my surgiversay), chocolate cream pie, only the crust had 6 grams of sugar in it. I love it when the family can't tell when I have made something with no sugar or very low sugar .
I'm headed to the gym after work. I didn't get to go as much this past week, so I'm feeling a little guilty. So far its been a quiet morning at work, hope I didn't just jinx that lol.
Have a great day everyone

Happy Surgiversary Moosemom Lorraine!
Today we'll go to SS and church, probably eat leftovers at home, then visit my MIL and some other relatives this afternoon at some pt.
We got Ben's college stuff all together yesterday...it was semi-together. I need to get it moved back into the extra bedroom today. We hooked up our new wireless printer. My old one had died. It sure seems that printers don't last more than a couple of years anymore. I've been using Ben's and since he'll take it to A & M next month, I knew I better get a new one.
Prayers for Meggie for recovery as well as Paige. I hope you both get better soon.
Prayers for Elizabeth Grace's family and all others who need them.
Have a great Sunday.

weight is down agian - not sure what is up but after next week when Tim heads to CA for a month and the boys start school I am going to make a real effort to see if I can drop 10-15 pounds - then Tim is home for a month before he deploys and my goal will be to NOT gain but maintian - after he leaves I give myself one week to fall apart then it is time to get my butt in gear and see how much I can lose (weight wise) and gain (muscle wise) in a year - I would love for nothing I own now to fit by the time he comes home- I am forbidden to have plastics unless my mom agress to come and stay for a full month minimum while he is gone - gee think my husband knows me LOL
ok that is it for me - lots of cooking and cleaning here today - then off to the splash pad at some point to play in the water
gotta fill all my vit boxes - guess I should do my sunday post so EVERYONE can join me in filling little boxes
have a great day - tell someone you love them and smile at someone you don't know

I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail
DANNI-I know you already KNOW it..but I NEED to tell you AGAIN how very much you INSPIRE me, on SOOOOOOOOOO many levels...
YES...please do your "Sunday get ready for the week post", when you have time. It will get me in gear, tonight, to fill my vitamin bags (I use the snack size zip lock bags for each day-works better for me than a box), and get food in order. If it helps ME, no doubt it will help OTHERS.
I LOVE YOU, my sister!

We Can Do Hard Things
Update on Emily's ears, Jess took her back to the ENT for a follow up Tuesday and he said the tube in the left isn't working still! He said the gunk is still too thick. SO, he's put her back on ear drops and antibiotic and wants her to be seen for allergies. Except that they don't do allergy testing on a 18 month old and she takes allergy medication already. So Jess is frustrated. She made an appt at CHOP-children's hospital of penn. in philly- with a specialist for a second opinion. She goes Sept 10-first available appt. I'm glad she's getting a second opinion. Then she got a virus of some sort Thursday-started running fever. Daycare said its going around. Poor Emmy and Jess and Mike! She is feeling better now though.
We might go for a drive- to Trophy Club, then Saginaw- stuff to drop off- and then to Decatur. I said why not just go see Michelle in WF while we're at it! lol.
Hope everyone has a great day today!
