Good Morning OH'ers.. IT'S FRIDAY ! !

Today I am grateful..

That I can be honest with myself and realize I am an addict..

That I am working on hard at controlling my reactions to other people's actions..

For people that really care..

For Yvonne's emails..

For other emails that make me smile..

Grateful today for my life, health, WLS, friends and family.   Grateful for my hubby and my furbabies.   Grateful that my oldest son is going to finally come back home to Texas where he belongs and out of the earthquake state of Ca.  Ooopps  forgot about all the earthquakes in Cleburne.  LOL   Grateful for my WLS, for support groups, and for encouraging texts and messages from others.    Grateful for the cooler weather and the drizzles of rain we got yesterday.   Grateful the weekend is finally here !!!

Today I am grateful that there is a grateful post...and that my friend Ramon does it.  We sometimes are quick to forget things until they are gone forever so be grateful for the things and people you have in your life...they may not be there tomorrow.  Love you Ramon.

That I am not the only one that considers them-self an "addict".
That I can reach out to OH for support w/ my WLS issues
That I have a wonderful and rambunctious daughter to love

Today I am grateful for:

My Angels Joni and Jacki who were with me a year ago today when I started my WLS journey.

For the friends that I have met along this journey that are there for me and let me be there for them.

For my daughters that leave little notes for me on the fridge saying "I love you mommy" just about the time I think I want to strangle them.

For my job and boss that are so flexible and accomodating in a time when most people just want to have a job.

For emails that are answered when no response is necessary!! 

** Forgot one:  For being in front of the coffee pot and noticing it was not in there all the way before it made the coffee all over the counter of our new apartment!!!!  LOL 

If you see someone without a smile today, share yours with them!!  It really is contagious.

I am and can you tell it is a good batch today!!!!  it was 3 years ago because I met you earlier that month at the KK meeting!!  Love you Liz.
