July Journey Friday
Well, once again yesterday's plans got off track with an unplanned family dinner at a mexican restaurant, but overally wasn't too bad. I had my grilled chicken and asparagus at lunch, some trail mix, 2 protein drinks, 2 margaritas, 1/2 order of papa nachos, and some grapes/lf fruit dip with some chips and salsa thrown in there.
Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks...working on protein coffee right now
will be eating out lunch...will try to stick to hi pro/lo carb
STBUX decaf skinny latte
leftover papa nachos for dinner

Good Morning Karla & TMB,
I recovered from my Wednesday fiasco quite well yesterday. The scale does not show a loss (nor a gain, thank goodness) but I know after my little episode on Wednesday it may take it a couple of days for the scale to start moving in the right direction. I was able to get my 64 ounces of water in and that was major for me. I want my July Journey to end with lots of pounds lost so I better stick with it!
Today's plan:
B-Coffee, eggs
L-Green beans, salad
D-Salad and meat (IDK what kind)
Water-64 ounces

Dear July Journey Crew,
I had a terrible day yesterday. Could not manage to control my Mind/Head hunger. Over all, I had way too much to eat. (I hate myself when I do that, I think it's a "control" thing) Either way, I'm feeling really down today. I could not even get myself to go to the gym this morning.
Today's Plan:
B'fast, Lunch & Snack: Turkey, Cheese, Egg Whites & just a few pork skins for crunch...
Dinner: Protein Shake
Need some motivation/encouragement, I guess.

Crummy work week, but good food week in spite of all the pressure....
Lost a 1/2 lb. this week putting me that much closer to goal :)
I took a day off work, so my plans today include going to hubby's work to eat lunch with him (wants to show off his trophy wife) :) Not sure where we're eating but I'll have a salad. Breakfast today has been coffee so far, but will go eat something in a minute (protein). Afternoon snack will be a protein shake and then I need to hit the gym. Not sure what's for dinner but may be taco shell-less taco's :)
