Good Morning Charlene - soooo nice to see your smiling face this morning - and certianly a happy happy birthday to our dear Gina!!!!

things are mellowing out here some -we have 8 days till Tim goes to CA for a month of training - then he will be home a month before he deploys so I have been working hard on being mellow and sitting down and relaxing with him

still do not have the teen or I enrolled in school - will try to get to the ed center today for me but not counting on it, Monday for the teen as the school is not open on fri here (summer scedule) and the registra has been out most of the week -

got the internet and home phone turned on only to discover last night we have NO PHONE JACKS ummm issue here folks - so I am calling at 7:30 when the office opens and want someone out here today!!

food choices have sucked the last few days - still getting up, getting that first protien shake and vits in but I can tell from my gassy tummy I have nibbled way way to much sugar - tonight I am making carmel latte ice cream with mocha kalua in it for the adults in our quad (plus our stray neighbor ) and one of the other wives is feeding all the kids (between the 3 of us in our quad we have 15,13,11,10.,9,6,3,2,and 16 months old kids - it is wild and FUN!!!) store bought ice cream - hey I am ready for it to be Friday night!!

make good choices for the weekend - remember extra water and vit B for those who are planning to enjoy adult beverages (or adult ice cream as the case may be)
you had your surgery to be healthy so do what YOU need to for YOU to be healthy - WATER - VITS - PROTIEN and MOVE your body!!

GOOD MORNING! Charlene- good to see you start up the train! TGIF! This has been a long 2 weeks. I love when my family visits, don't get me wrong, but we do stuff every day, and then I've been working all day and then going out with the family, and I'm tired! I've hurt my back this week, ever since Tuesday when I had to stand for 2 hours-standing always hurts my back and feet. I can walk all day long but not stand. Today I have to go back to the same employer I went out to on Tuesday, and get to stand alot more today. I'm observing someone on the job to see if I can come up with any suggestions for accommodations. So tonight I'm headed to Massage Envy- the new location at Alliance Town Center that just opened yesterday. And I get 1 and a 1/2 hour massage instead of the hour I've paid for because they're running a grand opening promotion.
Gina- Happy birthday! Kathy- I'll be at your prison a week from today. :) Hope everyone has a great day today!!!

Wow!  Hello Ms. Charlene!  I haven't see you in a while!  Good to see your smiling face!

Yesterday went well at the VA.  I just had to turn in my paperwork.  She said that they didn't have an appointment to see if I'm eligible, which I know I am, but they will be writing to me to make an appointment.  I also spoke to someone about the rude woman that I dealt with the first day I was there. 

The post office has hired CASUALS to work!  If we don't have enough mail to keep us busy, then why hire casuals!!  And they keep telling us they are short handed!  Then why are they talking about excessing people to up to 100 miles away and then hiring casuals to work???  That's the Government for ya!  I get the feeling that Kay Bailey Hutcheson and Kay Granger are going to be hearing from a lot of people in Fort Worth pretty soon!!

Happy, Happy, Happy Birthday Gina!!!!!!  I'm up to damn early this morning to take my pain meds and can't go back to sleep!  Have a doctors appt at 8:30 this morning.  Anxious to see what things look like without the bandages!!!

Moving slow this morning - I am just not a morning person. I need a job like Lynnette's - 3pm to 11pm and sleep until 10am!!!

Not much goin on here.  Had a fabulous storm on the island yesterday on my way home.  The yard was gulping the water when I got home last nite!!!

Off to the shower for me.  Everyone have a great FRIDAY!!!!!  Remember your PROTEIN first, drink LOTS OF WATER, take your VITAMINS and EXERCISE!  You CAN do this!!!!
