Good morning,
Yes i have done the 5day as have several folks here. FOR ME.. i used it to kinda de carb after i had gotten off track and just kinda get back to basics so to speak. Dont use it thinking you are gonna lose a ton of weight, but you will see a diff in the amount you can eat and the carb thing.
The 1st day was the worst for me.. but then its all good.

Great, I'm not doing it to drop lbs, although if it does happen, I'll take it.  I'm thinking about doing it because I want to get full an smaller portions of food.

Thanks for the input,
Lisa D. Mtz.

you will definatelyu feel a diff in the amount of food you can eat (i always do anyway lol). The only thing i can offer is that i usually do shakes and broth type soups on the 1st 2 days. The soup recipes she has on the web site have 2 many carbs for me and kinda defeats my purpose
Just a suggestion :)

I have never done it but I know a few people who have and the results vary because one of the ladies does lose a reasonable amount of weight, but the others say they don't really lose but can feel the difference in their pouch. Hope this helps.

Hi Erica,

This is exactly what I was wondering.  I want to see if anybody can tell a difference in their pouch.

Thanks for the input...

LISA..glad you asked..lol...MY experience with evrything related to Kaye bailey has been POSITIVE. Now...relating to the pouch "test"...I wish she had called it something else....She will be the first to tell you IT IS NOT INTENDED FOR WEIGHT LOSS...So..if THAT is your goal...skip it...It is GREAT, however, for kinda "re-grouping and getting your brain and eating "back on track"...2 years ago it was ABSOLUTELY instrumental in starting me to losing my nearly 70 lb regain (so you can see why I am a fan!)...I find the first 2 days the EASY days, cuz I don't have to think. I never mess with the soups...I'm too lazy. I just do shakes and water...lots and lots of water. I've done the "test" about every 6 months for the past 2 years. That's all I'VE needed to de-carb my BRAIN.

People will tell you it's CRAP...maybe so...but it has helped ME...that's all I KNOW

I've done it, but usually only do straight liquids for one day.  It does work to de-carb you and shrink your pouch.   I've also done the 10 day mostly protein diet, can't think of what it's called right now...it helps you de-carb and lose wt. if you follow it closely.
