Snack - Latte with a protein shot
Lunch - Pasta Chicken Salad
Snack - Protein bar
Dinner - Pepper Jack Chicken & Sauted Summer Squash with Tomatoes

snack - 1 egg with cheese and red bell pepper, strawberries
lunch - lean ground beef with bulgur pilaf and carrots/onions
snack - 50Fifty peanut butter
dinner - chicken sausage, spinach salad
snack - greek yogurt, protein cereal and banana

If you want to post your food on July Journey, which will turn into August Adventure, that would be great...if not, you can do a separate post if you'd like. We've been doing it since January...it was Steph's idea so we can try to make sure we have a plan and so we'll be accountable for what we put in our mouths. We'd love to have more posting on it daily. You can even start it up the night before or earlier in the morning. I'm sleeping in since I'm off in the summers!

Lunch & Snack: Turkey, Cream Cheese, Egg Whites, Fluffy Green Stuff (cottage cheese, free cool whip & SF/FF Pistachio Pudding Mix) & 1/4c mixed berries
Dinner: Grilled chicken salad

Breakfast - Turkey Sausage, cheese and a piece of wheat toast
Mid-morning snack - forgot to eat it!!!
Lunch - 3/4 c. Chicken Noodle Soup - too many noodles, but it's 65 degrees in here and I needed to warm up
Afternoon snack - will be my morning snack of cheese sticks and Veggie Thin crackers
Dinner - to be determined
