I'm posting this before I go to bed tonight because I have to be up and out of the house early tomorrow and may not have time to post this before I leave.  I'm having my house treated for ****roaches.  Apparently it's too hot outside and they're coming inside for the air conditioning.  Anyway, I'm not sure if I'll have WiFi wherever I spend the day so I'm posting tonight.

Here's tomorrow's meal plan.  Please share yours too.

Breakfast - Apple slices dipped in Greek yogurt mixed with peanut butter
Snack - Latte with a protein shot
Lunch - Pasta Chicken Salad
Snack - Protein bar
Dinner - Pepper Jack Chicken & Sauted Summer Squash with Tomatoes

Remember, it's easier to stay on plan if you actually have a plan.

I'm trying to make a plan and stick to it.

Breakfast - oatmeal with peanut butter

Snack - no-sugar pudding

Lunch - tuna salad, pea salad

No clue about dinner yet. Maybe a stir-fry.

breakfast - protein latte
snack - 1 egg with cheese and red bell pepper, strawberries
lunch - lean ground beef with bulgur pilaf and carrots/onions
snack - 50Fifty peanut butter
dinner - chicken sausage, spinach salad
snack - greek yogurt, protein cereal and banana

sounds like you have a good plan, even being away from home! 

If you want to post your food on July Journey, which will turn into August Adventure, that would be great...if not, you can do a separate post if you'd like.  We've been doing it since January...it was Steph's idea so we can try to make sure we have a plan and so we'll be accountable for what we put in our mouths.  We'd love to have more posting on it daily.  You can even start it up the night before or earlier in the morning.  I'm sleeping in since I'm off in the summers!

Hi Everyone,

Breakfast - Protein Shake

Lunch & Snack:  Turkey, Cream Cheese, Egg Whites, Fluffy Green Stuff (cottage cheese, free cool whip & SF/FF Pistachio Pudding Mix) & 1/4c mixed berries

Dinner: Grilled chicken salad

LOVE THIS --- helps me be accountable, but best of all, I'm hoping it helps me "stick" to my meal plan.

Breakfast - Turkey Sausage, cheese and a piece of wheat toast
Mid-morning snack - forgot to eat it!!!
Lunch - 3/4 c. Chicken Noodle Soup - too many noodles, but it's 65 degrees in here and I needed to warm up
Afternoon snack - will be my morning snack of cheese sticks and Veggie Thin crackers

2pm Snack - Protien Shake and a No Sugar Jello
