what is your woo hoo for today - little or big - share and make some one smile

my woo hoo this morning is that the teen found a spa ON BASE for me:) and I am going in at 9:15 for a massage and spa pedi and mani - 90 mins of total pampering - that I totally need! and the prices look nice too - we shall see - I don't know if anyplacce can beat the hot stone pedis we got near Debbi's old house or not

got K registared for school, found the teens school, got me to my new PMC and hit the education and information fair - got some good info - yesterday

today AFTER I get pampered we are off to registar me for school and hopefully get the kids registared for cys (child youth services - ie daycare, afterschool sports, field trips etc) and then we shall call the highschool and see if the registar is avalible or not - oh and must get new scripts into the on base pharmacy

have GOT to assemble that last bookshelf so I can finish putting together my officce area now that it has working plugs

bread dough rising right now - half is getting eggs, bacon and cheese in the middle for breakfast - other half is getting wrapped around cheeder brats for dinner tonight - the crock pot has zero apeal as I am enjoying time to cook for Tim

the biotch in a box is all over the place - we going down bit by bit - but 2 meals out yesterday and very little up and down the stiars and she bounced 5 pounds up this am - I KNOW that is water

have a fab day everyone - stay healthy and try to think of the little woo hoos too - I can sit in the folding chairs with the neighbor ladies and not worry that A the chair will break or B I won't be able to get up

Well, good morning everyone!  Yesterday was interesting.  I got to sit in the Stand-by room for three hours.  I think what they are doing is trying to PROVE that there is no work available by putting the Injured on Duty people in there, because there was work to be done, but they didn't care.  They have to make their point by putting us in there, then they can try to get rid of us.  I don't know what's going on.  We've been told to file EEOs evertime they send us in there because they are only getting the disabled employees in the room. Jeesh, I can't believe it has come to this!!

I don't have any woo hoos today!  Just going to try to get through the day without getting upset at work.  Would love to have some woo hoos, but just don't see it happening!

I call mine Hag in the Box because it's a talking scale with a female voice.

Not much to say today......just another day at work, feeling blah and the scale isn't cooperating, because my crazy azz mind just goes overboard everyday.  Hopefully soon I can reign in my thoughts, get serious and start losing again.  Waaaa, I want my no desire for food back.

I'm not even wanting to post much lately because I have little motivation with life right now.  I wish I could pinpoint where I turned this crazy corner of blah.

Good morning Train Riders!  I'm rested and feeling good this morning, hoping it stays that way all day.  Yesterday I blew up like a puffer fish and was achy and sore in the evening so I stayed home, tried to play WoW and then watched silly TV shows.  I've got an open ticket with the WoW help desk and I'm really hoping they can help me figure out what's going on with my computer/game.  The annoying thing is they work regular business hours, so the tech emails me something during the day that I can try in the evening, then I have to email him back and wait till the next day for a reply.

Jeff spent some time hanging out with his Aunt & cousin that are in town last night.  We're both going to see them on Thurs and it should be interesting.  His aunt hasn't seen me since our wedding, lol she's in for a surprise.  Not a whole lot on my plate today, work, home to hopefully get the cleaning done that's needed and maybe some Babylon 5 with Jeff.

My woohoo is that my scale still says 255!  That means I'm down 7lbs since last Monday and I'm feeling more in control of my choices since I'm consistently logging my food again.
