Good morning Karla. I thought I did well yesterday but the scale bounced back up 1/2 lb. I did notice my ring is really tight today so maybe it's the humidity.
Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: Strawberry/blackberry shortcake with SF fruit dip and SF coolwhip
Dinner: London Broil on a small dinner roll
Snacks: low fat trash mix, tasted my homemade spaghetti sauce about 20 times, 2 small frozen Milky Ways.
Today: Breakfast: I have my protein drink defrosting right now. Will be in Denton at lunch time so who knows. Dinner will probably be more London Broil. Oops, need to go take my vitamins right now...bye...

RNY revision from lapband 7/30/07...TT/BL 10/9/08 and at GOAL
I did well yesterday and yes Stephanie I had two pieces of chicken with my salad last night. I have made better preparations for today so that I am not caught here at work with no snacks/food. My NSV for yesterday...I was most proud of myself for not giving into all of the carb heavy snacks that lurk around the office.

64 ounces of water-this seems to be the hardest thing for me to do everyday.
