What are you eating today?

Someone used to post this question fairly regularly.  I haven't seen it in a while and it think it's helpful.  I know I tend to get into a rut.  It helps to see what others are eating.  So share your menu for the day.

Here's mine.

Breakfast - Greek yogurt, peach, almonds with coffee 30 minutes before and after
Snack - 1 Smart Control Caramel Popcorn Cake
Lunch - Nutrisystem Chicken & Pasta in Cacciatore Sauce
Snack - Crackers with Hummus
Dinner - Pepper Jack Grilled Chicken with Squash and Tomato Medley
Snack - Reduced Sugar Lemon Pound Cake

Here is what I have had today

Breakfast:  Scrambled egg with cheese in a tortilla

Lunch:   Grilled steak, very small baked potatoe with cheese  and onion and 1/2 salad with spray on salad dressing

Dinner:  Plan on eating a Carbmaster Yogurt that has been frozen.   I am sure I will eat something else although not sure what right now.

Not sure of snacks either

Menu for today:
bkfst--High protein bagel w/lf creancheese and sf pbj

morn snack--35g protein drink

lunch--2 oz nuts,1 oz dried fruit, 20 gm protein bar

afternoon snack--2 oz cheese,celery , carrots, pineapple(about 1 c altogether

dinner--Wendys Chile small

treat--sf fudgescile
