Newbie to O.H.

I have been saying for a while that I was going to join OH but have never sat down and done it until today.

I am Buddy Lee (Jose) and I am almost 11 months post-op. As soon as I can get to my PC at home I will update my profie. Not much I can do here at work. My surgeon was Dr. Barker here in Dallas and I attend the support group at Doctors Hospital and also a Psy-Med group every now and then.

I feel my weight loss has been great since surgery and wouldn't change a thing. Dr. Barker, his staff and Terri and Trish at the Bariatric center have all been great and very helpful in my journey.

Not sure how this add friends thing works but I will figure it out. I also wanted to ask if there were certain things I needed to subscribe to or what?

Congratulations on your WLS.   Good that you attend support groups...they are SO very important.    Hope you are going to attend the OH Conference in Dallas Sept 25 - 26.   If you need a promo code to get you in for $20 let me know....I will PM it to you.   Welcome again and all you do is click to add friends when they ask you.

Hi Jose!!  I saw you at thelast Doctor's meeting.  Nice to have you here.  Hope to see you soon at the next meeting.  Welcome the TMB!!!  There are some really good people on here that will be willing to help with anything you need.

Yah my wife and I got there a little late. We drove straight in from Wichita Falls that morning to make the meeting.

And I am going to miss the one this Saturday because we are traveling again to spend time with the family in Austin.
