July Journey Tuesday
Yesterday was good. Really tried to stick to my meal plan. I've been making it the gym, but this morning my scale was up two pounds. NOT GOOD!
Today:
- Gym early in the AM
- Working on the water intake
- Took my vitamins
- Protein shake for B'fast
- Lunch & Snack: Turkey, Cheese, Egg Whites & Pork Skins
- Dinner: Grilled chicken salad
Feeling pretty bad about how much I can eat now. I was too hungry when I got home today, which makes portion control REALLY difficult. When I get that hungry, I just want to eat everything in sight.
Going for a walk w/ my husband this evening. Need to walk off some of that dinner.
PORTION CONTROL! PORTION CONTROL! PORTION CONTROL, LISA! -- Why is this so hard for me?
