North Texas/Collin Cty - Allen meeting tonight

Today at the Allen Outlet Mall Food Court at 6:30pm

Everyone is welcome - pre op, post op, no op, just exploring or supporting someone who has had weight loss surgery

This is a casual social support group  - we visit and share what's going on in our lives and enjoy spending time with our friends.

Hi Debbi,
I'll be there tonight. This will be my first support meeting and I'm excited to meet you all. It's been a rough month. I hit a big stall and finally had my husband hide the scale cause it was making me crazy. lol
I have not been to Allen before but I'm set up with yahoo maps. So when you see someone looking around the food court, lost chances are good it's me. :)

Tuesday is Dr. Castro' support group at Dallas Methodist.
Tammy has spent a lot of time at conferences and has
lots of knowledge to share. Hope you can make it.

I meet Tammy at my post-op class and was so impressed with her. I had not been able to make those meeting because of my husbands work schedule. But he is getting off a little earlier now so if it's not storming tonight I'm going to go. Thank you very much for the heads up and hope to see you there.
