Good Morning TMB
Hope your weekend was good to you. Since I moved to Round Rock it's been way hotter here than back in Plano! I was contacted earlier last week by a young lady in Killeen looking to have surgery. I posted a WLS support group thing on a search engine a while back and that is the only hit I got from it. I can't tell you how much I miss being around over there to attend the breakfasts, impromptu coffee hook ups, the dinners. I think the conference will be missed as well because David purchased concert tickets for Journey, I believe it falls on that weekend.
Since being here, I've been "active". I"m so thankful for my surgery! Otherwise I wouldn't be able to tolerate being outside in the heat had I remained L A R G E. It's things like that that make you realize it's all worth going through all the initial discomfort after surgery, the consitpation episodes for lack of or for too much protein, for the "stuck" episodes.
Today I'm 1 yr and 7 mos out. Posted a recent picture if you'd like to check it out. I hope you guys have a great start to a great week!!

Nina.....had to tell you that you look amazing !!!! WOW What difference that year 7 mo. has made!!!! I don't know about you....but I am praying for a early winter. LOL Love and miss you. Darn....too bad you have a concert on the Dallas OH Weekend !!!
