One of the lucky ones to sign up for Chevron Houston Marathon
Wow, with a field of 22,000 runners, I though it would take at least a week to sell out, but thankfully I stayed up late friday night when registration opened at midnight. It took almost 1 and a half hours to get in, but I am registered for my 1st marathon in Houston Jan 17th.

Thanks everyone. This will definately be a huge milestone for me in this war against obesity. Not too terribly long ago, my attitude was, "I cant do anything." However now I know that there is nothing I can't do if I put my mind to it, set the goal and Dare Greatly!
