Vickie.....depending on how much skin is removed...you could move down several sizes. I know I went from a 14 to a 8 after my LBL. So you never can tell....although don't expect the sizes to drop immediately. The swelling from PS lasts forever or at least seems that way. I didn't go down any sizes for a couple of months till the swelling went down. Congratulations on the size 12's.

Before my tummy tuck I was a 12/14, now I'm an 8/10. I only had about 5 lbs of skin removed but I lost another 10 lbs on top of that cuz I just wasn't hungry after my plastics for a couple of weeks. My doc finally told me to quit losing weight cuz I was gonna mess up his "work". Nice problem to have. Congrats on the new pants size!!
