July Journey Sunday
I did pretty good. Didn't get off track by much on my plan.
Today's plan: (not necessarily a good one...haven't decided what to eat)
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks (already done w/ one)
haven't planned lunch or dinner
sf ice cream for snack
What's your plan?
I'm going to gear up to do hi-pro, lo carb eating starting tomorrow. I'm going to make some protein balls for snacks, get some cottage cheese, salad makings, and lean meats. I WILL exercise starting tomorrow!

Scale is exactly the same. Today's plan isn't a good one for me either. I started with a Western bagel with peanut butter and 3 oz of steak for breakfast. Lunch is 4 oz chicken parmesan and some spaghetti with meat sauce. Dinner is some sort of grilled chicken and fried zucchini. Brought fresh fruit with SF fruit dip for snack.
Plan for next week is to cook up some solid protein and make some SF/FF pudding for snacks. I also bought fudgesicles for snacks so I'll stay out of the ice cream.

RNY revision from lapband 7/30/07...TT/BL 10/9/08 and at GOAL
Today I slept in a little. Went for a nice 3.5 mile walk. I got home and started cleaning house. 1st mistake: skipped b'fast. Come 12pm I was starving. I had plenty of good/healthy food here at home, but I managed to convince my husband to go out and get something. 2nd mistake: Chinese buffet. (What more do I need to say.... I just really "over did it".)
What did I learn? I must have a meal plan, because then I have something to stick to/guide me.
No 4pm snack for me today....I'll try to do a protein shake for dinner.

Today is cook up some chicken, pack breakfast and lunch for the week and make cucumber salad and broccoli slaw. I got some strawberries as well.
I have about 11 days till my doctor appointment and I don't want to disappoint myself or my doctor with a gain. Can't remember exactly what I was, but I have a range.

I have already had 64 ounces of water, small salad, 3-4 Tbsp of pinto beans.
I will possibly eat another small salad with a baked pork chop/rib.
