I want to say thank you thanks you to for the flinstones advise i went and got some today and they are so easy to take i have tried BA and they made me vomit as did centrum some one told me centrum silver but i dunno about that one.  So i managed to get in my calcium thanks to BA unflavored crystals and my multi today which is a first since surgery whoohoo!

I weigh less today then I did at 11yos -
different docs different rules - do what your doc tells u but please continue to educate yourself - I am on prenatal vits one morning one at night

if u have not taken pic n mesurements of yourself DO SO TODAY!!! esp if u start heavy (thus speaks a woman who was 425 at my highest) u will stall scalewise HOWEVER as your body adjusts u will lose inches

That is to funny i am looking at where you live now and we just moved here from Ft Stewart a year ago i hated Stewart but it may have something to do with the fact that my hubby went to Iraq 3 times with the same unit there.
I love egg face i have been looking at ehr site for about a month i did take pics but not measurments.
