I was approved for a revision with Dr. John Alexander. He did my first surgery so I completely trust him and his abilities. He will do the revision/correction lap instead of open. I trust he will take really good care of me, and I'm praying that God guides his skillful hands and that he gives me the favor of speedy recovery after surgery.

Congratulations on approval of your revision. Since you've been there and done that, I'm sure you will follow your dr's orders so you don't have to go through this again. I hope everything goes well . I hope you also have a speedy recovery.

Good luck to you. What are you haveing a revision to??? What did you have the first time??? You will do great and it is great to have lost of trust and faith in your doctor. And you should !!!!

Thank you....LOL and I knew what you meant...I had the bypass the first time, so now since I've developed the jejunal thingy...Dr. Alexander will be repairing that issue, and tidying up my initial bypass, dilated stoma, etc. I have an appt. this Wednesday, so I'll get complete details of exactly what he'll do, but I'm just thrilled that there is already an approval for surgery.
