July Journey Friday

How is your journey going so far? Are you making the RIGHT choices?
I did pretty good yesterday. I stayed on track other than the dessert I ate after supper. I had planned those, so I guess that's okay. I had 1/2 piece of fruit pizza and 1/2 piece of blueberry pie (not at the same time).
Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
leftover Mexican casserole for lunch
chicken marsala for dinner w/ 1 piece of garlic bread

I am happy to report that I have been continuously making the right choices. It is a struggle but I am trying to increase my daily water intake.
