I'm moving to H-town

hey, I posted this a couple of months ago but it's getting sooner now so I thought I'd announce myself again. I am 22 from Louisiana, been living in Miami going to school, and I'm going to Houston in the middle of August. I'm going to be living in the downtownish/Rice U area.

I was banded then sleeved and I've lost around 80 lbs so far but it's been a big struggle. I'm hoping to find some people that are around and are going through the process with me. Any single people too?

welcome to Htown (when ya get here lol) and welcome to TMB. Yes we have single folks and several support groups, coffees, get together, whatever lol.  Sorry to read of your struggle.. cant imagine your frustration there. Hope it gets easier. Keep posting and chime in often!

Welcome! I use to live in the Houston area and now live in East Texas. I mis Houston soooo much you will have a great time there it is a great place to live! Good Luck
