sleep aids FYI
I know alot of you probably take Tylenol PM, so this may be a cheaper and safer alternative.
Have a great day,
DeborahL.
I have been to a sleep center before my surgery. I have very mild apnea. But, before my surgery I was taking antidepressants at night to help with the sleeping. My dr. has taken me off of those since they were hard on my stomach. I have my room very dark and I sleep with a fan to drowned out any outside noise.
I am just finding it hard to go to sleep since my surgery. Don't know why. I just don't get tired until late, late, late. If I go to bed early, I just lay there and toss and turn half the night and finally get up so I don't wake my partner up.
I guess I will take the Benedryl for now.
Thanks,
DeborahL.
