One Year.... ALREADY ?????

Wow - what an AMAZING year !!!!

I started out at 248 lbs, BMI 45.4 wearing size 22W jeans and 2XL tops.

A year later I am at 155 lbs, BMI 28.3 and wearing size 10 jeans and only 10 pounds from my personal goal weight.

Thanks to all the bees stings

I haven't felt like eating much the past few days and have dropped another couple of pounds after being pretty stable for over a month. Thank goodness I took my one-year progress pics before it happened LOL

This surgery has been such a gift to me. I feel like I have gotten my life back and have been set free from my fat-suit prison. People who have never been obese have no idea how debilitating it can be and what a struggle it is sometimes to do simple things like picking something off the floor.

And then there are the everyday simple pleasures like crossing my legs, fitting comfortably into seats, wearing heels, etc.

And last but not least - the best thing that has come out of my surgery is YOU GUYS!!! There is no way I would have been as successful without all the love and support I got from you. wub.gif image by sarafina159
