I am still on point and the scales are moving in the right direction. Down another 2 pounds this a.m. to 195.4. Let's just hope this trend keeps going.
Breakfast/Lunch-2 scrambled eggs with cheese
Dinner-IDK yet...it will be low carbs
People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown
After the BBQ I hit a number I hadn't seen in 6 months and it wasn't a GOOD number. Luckily, I'm already back down 2 lbs. Still want to drop another two so I'll be in the middle of my range again.
Yesterday I had: protein drink for breakfast. Lunch: 1/2 lunch meat/cheese sand. Snack: fresh fruit with fruit dip and one SF shortcake. Dinner: 4 oz brisket, 1/2 cup coleslaw, 1 ear white corn. Snack: low fat trash mix.
Haven't decided on my plan yet for today but I will try my best to make it a good one.

"May your choices reflect your hopes and not your fears."
I had a good day yesterday. Watched my intake closely and managed to get in quite a bit of exercise.
Today, getting to the gym was rough. I did not feel like going, but I forced myself.
Today's Master Plan:
- Exercise (done)
- Vitamins (done)
- Lot's of water (still working towards my goal, on this one)
- B'fast, Lunch, & Snack: Turkey, cream cheese, egg whites, ground chicken patties and baby mixed greens
- Dinner: Roasted chicken and a veggie
Trying to keep a close eye on the carb intake. You know, they just have a way to sneaking in. I'm working towards 75% of my total intake to be protein, but that's alot harder than I anticipated. I'm also trying to eat slower and chew more (basics).
Anyhow, hope everyone has a good day.
Hugs,
Lisa D. Mtz.
