Dr. Stan Hahn Nederland TEXAS

I found out this morning that Dr. Hahn is in Wisconsin and so are our records.  I was told by someone this morning that  if you still haven't received your records to send a request to his former address and that it will be forward to his new practice.  I'm not holding my breath.
The only other place I have found who will see another Dr's patients does not take insurance and is charging a $1,500.00 start up fee.   Wow!!!  He really fooled a lot of people didn't he!!!
