Yes - there are beekeepers on the bee forum board I visit that swear it helps their arthritis pain immensely. Unlike the theory that eating local honey helps with allergies - no anecdotal evidence that is the case, even though the honey has small bits of pollen it in.

After my carelessness yesterday, I shouldn't have to worry about getting arthritis any time soon!
