Good morning Train Riders!  I'm at work and ready for another short day today.  I've got a doc appt to follow up on the hernia repair this afternoon.  I think everything is going well with it, but I'm no doc so I don't know.  I am feeling better bit by bit, still very tired and def still need the pain meds occasionally.  Hopefully he'll clear me to drive so my life will be a little easier.

Yesterday Jeff and I both got hit by a stomach thing so we stayed home all day and rested.  Both of us were feeling better by late afternoon.  We watched more Babylon 5 and I worked on my cross stitch again.  I'm about 1/2 done with a large southwest/Indian design that will go up in our bedroom and possibly be entered into the State Fair next year.

Today should be pretty normal at work, one meeting, checking emails and working on my project.  I'm going to try to make chicken Parmesan tonight for dinner, hope it turns out good.  I'll post a separate thread but I'm going to try to pull together a coffee in McKinney towards the middle of the week.  I'm just waiting on confirmation from Tami (kookielady) about what day works for her.

Stay hydrated, it's going to be super hot!!

Hey Debbi, we forgot Hailey's microwave Saturday.  We'll need to plan to get together so we can make the trade soon.  School starts in one month, so we've got some time.

Good morning, I've read now it's time to post.  Terry left me yesterday and Becky's packing up now.  It'll be sad to have a quiet house with no girl's to share and laugh with.  I love the fact that we have a wedding and a conference to look forward to.  Looking forward to the next time we all get together keeps me sane.

Hailey and I are going to the movies either today or tomorrow cuz we haven't had any time together in a while.  I have an eye appt Wed but other than that, I'm just OFF until Friday.  Got a little more organizing to do to get the house back to normal but nothing major. 

Still need to decide whether to call the home warranty company or the insurance on the plumbing leak.  All I know is Hailey wants her bathroom back.

Prayers that Lynnette has a super first day at work and that Debbi gets a good report from the doctor.

Good Morning everybody,

Well it was a wonderful weekend.  Yesterday was our 6th wedding anniversary.  But we are going to celebrate next Saturday.  He wants to go to Winstar and stay overnight someplace.  So I said ok we could wait to celebrate.  Of course I cooked him a special dinner last night with all his favorites.  Also made him a bananna pudding.  I think tonight I may make him his jello cake that he likes.  It is a cool desert.  Yes my man would rather eat desert than a meal.  So I make him the light deserts and he doesn't know the difference.
