WLS EXPRESS - it's Monday

Good morning all!! Quick post today-spent too much time looking at BBQ pics!! Working 8am-8pm today, and it's nearly an hour away, but it's the ONLY case going, and they offered it to me first, so didn't feel like I could decline. Damn bills....Got cancelled at last minute for night shift last night. The pt died, of course..nobody's fault..occupational hazard..but still hard to keep any kind of planned schedule...such is "agency life"...

Good Morning Danni and the rest of my TMB family,

Danni, so glad you and the kids and animals are all safe and sound.  LIke all the others that have posted this morning you totally amaze me to have all that energy after driving all that way.  You tire me out just reading.  Hope everything get to you today nice and safe and with not/none to much damage.  Give that baby girl a kiss from me.  We had a good time at VBS last night.  Only a small group but it normally is small on Sunday nights.  We only had 7 kindergardeners.  Last year we had 13.  Oh well the small group is kind of nice.  I certainly got my exercise thats for sure.  I did lots of hopping around the classroom with some very active kids.   Going today back to PT.  I am hoping that it will help with my hips and lower back.  I have had to take my Ultram twice a day to keep the pain to a minimum.  Other then PT and a trip to Walmart nothing else planned.  Going to take it easy so I can be an active Kangaroo tonight (theme of VBS is the Land Down Under).  Please keep my dad in prayer as he gets ready to FINALLY have his other knee done on Wednesday.  Prayers for those in need today, especially those traveling, and those still looking for work.  Alissa hope your neices surgery goes well today. my son has custody of his kids the month of july,so we get to babysit.  it is fun to get to see them so much, but you talk about tiring!!!!!!  we got a swimming pool for them, put up a basket ball goal and got their bikes over here. this year it has been easier for me to ride my bike with them since i have lost over 100 lbs.  have to do it in the morning though, because it has been over 100 here for many days. hope u all have a good day and take care. vick

Wow, what a busy and fabulous weekend!!!  THANK YOU STEPH & CLAY!!!!!  The BBQ was wonderful and the peep time even better!!!

Busy week ahead. And of course I am running late! 

It's going to be a hot one so be sure to get all your water in today and don't forget your vitamins!  HUGS and prayers to all my peeps!!

Don't forget to let me know if you're diving this weekend and want to stay with me.  I'd love to have you!  I talked to Ben about signing up but he said he'll just do it at A & M because it was only 1/2 of that price and he has to pay for it himself.

Good Morning OH Family!

Going to post and read this afternoon when I get back. Nope your not late for work lol I start my first day today. Will have orientation all this week. Hope everyone has a wonderful Monday. The weekend was tooo much fun! I'm nervous and excited, reminds me of the first day of school. I'll go play nice with the other kiddies. Stay cool today and drink lots of water or whatever your beverage of choice is.

Good luck with the new job today Lynnette.  We're planning on coming your way sometime after the 30th when Ben turns 18.  Have to coordinate w/ Aggie Fish camp, which hasn't confirmed his date yet and hopefully Steph's weekend work schedule.  Kathy B said she wants to come too.  My friend and her son from here are planning on coming.  She was there Saturday with her son and sister.  It gives me something to look forward to.

Karla, I just checked my schedule.  I work the weekends of August 15th and Sept 12th.  Any other time is great, I have no life.

Up and at 'em!!!  I had a rough night last night and don't feel rested at all.  Thankfully most of what I did yesterday after church was just rest.  I needed it to fortify me for the week with the 3 little GD's.  About to go get them.
Had such a great time at Steph's.  Nice to have some time with adults :) 
Lynnette, hoping your job goes great and you settle in quickly. Liz, drive carefully going home.  Prayers for your contacts you are working on up here for a great job quickly.  Glad you are feeling a little better.  Take care of yourself!
