July Journey After the BBQ-Monday

I guess we better crank up our journey for July again.  My computer was down because my ac adapter died and I've ordered a new one...stole Ben's to use my computer some. 

Okay...I did get in my protein drinks and liquids over the weekend, but other than that, pretty much ate what I wanted.  I really didn't go hog wild.  The worst is Becky's pecans and the pecans and hot and spicy sesame sticks I got at Woody's Smokehouse on the way.

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
okay...haven't looked to see what we have, so that is my plan so far...need to check the cabinets and freezer to plan meals.  I may make some chicken salad for lunch.  I know I have some canned white meat chicken from Sam's.

Vits in, walk in, protein in and posting. 

Need to find some new things to eat.  Been having a hard time getting food down.  Seems like everything makes me feel ickey.  Will check out the recipe board and see what I can find. 

Having lunch at Jasons' Deli today with girls from work.

Thank God the BBQ only comes once a year cuz the scale says I had a REALLY good time!  I'm now at the TOP of my 5 lb range.  So I already have my protein drink defrosting and I have lots of Paul's turkey and Clay's brisket plus salad and fruit for the next few days.  Time to take back control.  Also have slacked on my vitamins for 2 days cuz they got moved from their usual spot and I forgot. 

I'm off wor****il Friday and I usually do better when I'm off than on work days so I will work the plan big-time.  Will check back in tomorrow.

 The scale jumped 3 pounds after the bbq. Must of been all the good food, and that corn casserole, that was some good stuff. I have had a diet frozen meal, and a protein shake, and vitamins today, now gotta get in the water,

Hi Karla,

I have been MIA and I apologize but LIFE has been happening.  Thanks goodness I have managed to stay on point and focused with my WLS goals.  I weighed in at 197.4 this a.m.  I am so wanting to see 191.8 which was my lowest weight last June.  Right now, my short term goal is to reach 195.whatever by the end Friday/Saturday. 

Due to stress yesterday, I wasn't able to eat anything.  I was only able to tolerate liquids.  My plan for today is:

B-Eggs and cheese
L-I just at the eggs and cheese so I probably won't be hungry
D-Roast (I hope I can eat it) and small salad

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

Good Morning!  Things going well.... weight is exactly the same as when I got here (Arizona).  I had hoped to lose a few lbs while here... but I guess I still have a week to go.

Not sure what my plan is today...
Breakfast- protein shake
Lunch- something from McDonalds???  will have to look at menu before I go
Dinner???

Hi Everyone,

I noticed my July Journey post wasn't anywhere to be found this weekend.  Glad to see it's back.

Today's Master Plan:
 - Exercise (done)
 - Vitamins (done)
 - Lot's of water (working on it)
 - B'fast, Lunch & Snack: Turkey, Cheese, Hard Boiled Egg Whites, Steamed Squash & 1/2c Berries
 - Dinner: 4oz. FF Ground Chicken Pattie w/ mustard, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles & Onions
