Good Morning OH'ers.. IT'S FRIDAY ! !

Today I am grateful..

For smiles and cries..

For knowing that I need to get back to basics.. I got my blood work done and I am begging you to take your vitamins.. I am low on several key elements.. I have been feeling good and not worried about them but the tests tell me I have to worry about it now so please take your vitamins..

For Debra, that asked me to go get my blood work done after her health issues.. I love you..

For my job..

For things that make you realize just how blessed we really are.. I know that you have something to be grateful for so if you can read this and not have something to be grateful for you need to look deep inside you..

...that my recent surgey went well and I am loving the results at only a week out!
...for my new found friend.

I am grateful for:

My husband Sunday is out 6th anniversary
My daughter which is the light in my heart
For all my WLS friends you will never know how much you mean to me

And for you Ramon,  hey look who has been lecturing me to take my vitamins.....listen to your words and take yours.....by the way are you smiling!!!!!

Grateful for this post !!! Grateful that Ramon got his bloodwork done and is going to do something about the results !!!  We need you here to encourage us everyday my friend !!!!   Grateful for my life, health, WLS, BBQ tomorrow at Steph's house !!!  YEAH almost here !!!  LOL   Grateful for my husband and 3 sons and my furbabies.    Grateful that Bell is negoating with the Union again today and will  REALLY be so grateful when this darn strike is over !!!  Grateful for God and his loving kindness that she shows toward us and for his answer to our prayers even though sometimes it isn't what we want to hear.

i am grateful that my chubs has been here all week and we have spent some time together - she learned to swim the hard way but she did learn...

i am grateful that you got your bloodwork done...now send the results to dana so she can discet them....and rip you a new one....
