July Journey Thursday
My eating was good yesterday. I was so busy I didn't have snacking time.
today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
last of squash torte for lunch
don't know for dinner...Ben will be in charge...maybe steak quesadilla since we had beef cacciatore last night

I didn't stick to my plan at all yesterday. Just had too much to do and ate on the run. Had a bagel for breakfast, trash mix for lunch and a egg salad sandwich with chips for dinner. Oh yeah, a few oreos with milk that made me feel like crap. (Not the oreos, the milk, lol).
No plan today...or for the rest of the weekend. Will try to watch the quantity. Haven't even been on the scale in a couple of days. (That's when you know your life is moving on.) Vitamins are in and already started hydrating so I'm doing something right.

RNY revision from lapband 7/30/07...TT/BL 10/9/08 and at GOAL
I recieved a call from the dr.'s office and they asked me to bring all my vit bottles with me next week to my 1 year appointment. I hope this doesn't mean something is off with my levels. Will see next week.
Remember, Thursday's almost there!!!
- Exercise (done)
- Vitamins (almost all done)
- Lots of water
- B'fast, Lunch & Snack - Turkey, Cheese, Beans, Almonds, Grn Fluffy Stuff & 1/2c berries
- Dinner: Grilled chicken breast w/ baby mixed greens
- After dinner - AVOID kitchen area to keep from snacking
