I don't count carbs. My doctor has given me a protein goal and a caloric goal. If I meet the protein goal, the rest...carbs and fat...just fall into place.
Same here. I don't count carbs. I just make sure I get all my protien, and I try to make any carbs I eat be complex carbs rather than simple carbs. Eat whole grains, not white processed carbs.... It all seems to work out that way.
Hi Amy - I picked up some Kashi Pumpkin Spice granola bars after you talked about how good the Kashi stuff is at the Sat meeting and they are great! All whole grains, no high fructose corn syrup - just cane sugar and honey.
