Not even 2 months post op and 50 lbs down!!
Hey gang!!! Just wanted to give everyone a quick update!! I feel like I'm doing great!! Trying to make sure I keep up with all this protein and water everyday! It's harder and harder the more food I eat! I get at least 2&1/2 bottles of water a day, and 2 protein drinks... then I eat a frozen dinner, and pick out all the protein and eat that and thats about all I can handle before I get full. I can't believe I've lost 50 lbs. It's amazing... I can't wait to get to 200 lbs. I'm at 234, and just started working out hardcore yesterday to push along the cardio and weight. I hope to be down to 200 by the end of september! That's my next goal!! Thanks for all your support and love!!!!
Congrats Stacey, keep it up lady it is going to happen, Onderland is just a little while away. Take a picture of the scale when you see it, I wish I had it's probably one of the best feelings I've ever had.
