Evil Mother

We were discussing evil moms the other day... saw mine today! She had the gall to tell me I looked like I was gaining weight!! I have actually lost 5lbs since the last time I saw her!! ( it was one week ago)!!

Why do I let her get to me and ruin my day?? My comfort zone is 135-140 and this morning I weighed 138!! I am just fine!! GGGRRRRRRRR!!!!!!

I am so glad I skipped kids and went straight to grandkids!! It really is the way to go!!!

I might look like I've gained but I can lose more and you'll always have your ugly attitude!

Oh how I would LOVE to say that!! However she is my landlord and we do pay reduced rent although we do all repairs plus alot at her house!! Then she would tell all her friends how horrible I am to her and they would believe her because she is very convincing!

Meggie....don't let her get to you !!!  My hubby told me the other day that I was getting a FAT ASS !!!!   That DID NOT thrill me !!!  UGH....HE needs to go back to work NOW !!!!  LOL
Anyway...now I feel fat....Thanks to him !!!   We can't let them spoil our joy over our weight loss.   You should have told your Mom that she looked fat and saw what her reaction would be.    You are TINY !!!!  You can trust me....I would NOT lie to you ever !!!!

LOL  Thanks Meggie.   I have really felt "fat" lately though !!!!   Hate that feeling.   I have been retaining fluids SO BAD due to the heat !!!   HATE SUMMER !!! UGH !!!

I know what you mean.  I was preparing today's lunch, last night, and my mom was watching.  She made some comment about the skin on my neck (turkey neck, I guess).  Not sure why she said it, but I just let it go in one ear and out the other.  Truth is, I hadn't thought about it till I saw your post.  I think, sometimes people just say mean things when the fact is they're a little jealous about how GREAT we look since we've lost our weight.

Let's not dwell on the "haters".....enjoy our journey and "our" success.
