Hmm, let's see. Kinda got a lot going on this week so probably not a good week to weigh or even talk about food choices. Choices stunk yesterday but quantity was good. I started with a protein drink, then Lunch was a hotdog, few potato chips and 1/2 cup baked beans. Dinner was 1/2 hamburger and 5 fries. Snacks: cherries, 4 oreos.
Clay bowls tonight so I'm probably going to have a salad for dinner and meat/cheese for lunch. I don't have any frozen protein drinks so I guess it'll be a bagel for breakfast. Hopefully, housework will count as exercise. Vitamins are in so at least I'm starting off right.

RNY revision from lapband 7/30/07...TT/BL 10/9/08 and at GOAL
Yesterday was good, got most of my water in, took my vitamins, but best of all, I avoided the bedtime snacking. Not easy, but I somehow managed it. I think I need to just avoid the kitchen area a night.
Today's Master Plan:
- Exercise (done)
- Lots of water (setting timer on my cell phone to help me with this)
- Take my vitamins (already started this)
- B'fast, Lunch, & Snack: Turkey, cheese, beans, almonds, Grn. Fluffy Stuff & 1/2 c berries
- Dinner: Baked skinless chicken thigh w/ a small salad
Daily Goal: AVOID Night-Time Snacking
Have a nice day,

I've been hiding lately... No, really we went on a 2 week vacation (happy to report no gain), came back and dove into work... This is the first chance I've had to get back on line in nearly a month; how crazy is that???
Doing well, but holding steady for now. Dropped another top and bottom size, but no lbs. change. I'll take it!!! Actually came home down inches - from all the swimming, snorkeling and walking, not to mention a 5 hour horseback ride - by the way, don't recommend that one for beginners!
Still working towards my goal of 150. At this point, want to hit it before my 2 year surgiversary of August 22nd.
Oh, and my daughter head's off to college in a month - can you say PARTY???

This morning I had to start taking my surgery vitamins that my PS wants me to take 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after surgery and they were hugh!!!!! So I had to pulvarize them and take them with some yogurt. Thankfully I was able to make an appt. to get a bit of an unfill when I get home.
Plan for today is a lot of liquid protein!!!
